BALANCE BLOCKED

I logged in to my Payoneer account after 2 years and under Balances, my USD balance shows balance blocked and WITHDRAW is greyed out. I have not violated any payoneer rules and i want to know if i can still use my payoneer account to receive money. I need this resolved urgently.

    Hi @kavini231. Your account relies on the card, it is a card account. At the moment, the card is expired. If you want to keep using the services, you need to order a new card.
