Payment Request does not have Credit Card as a Payment Option

My client sent me this as a message he got from Payoneer support because credit card payment is disabled for the payment requests I sent:

"we kindly advise the receiver to contact us with the Reference number 200613-002096 so we can better assist them.".

How do I enable it as he wants to pay via credit card?

    Please be advise you will need to contact them via the reference number, so our department that is in charge of these cases, can handle it accordingly.
