withdrew problem to local Bank Account

There is a slight problem when I make a withdrawal, the message is " We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later. " how is the solution for this?

    Your card has expired, therefor you are not able to withdraw the funds. You will need to contact our support center to order a new card and move the balance back to the USD balance, so you can withdraw the amount. Please use the link below:
