Will I lose my money?? I need to chat with an agent ASAP

Please.. how do I chat with the customer support.. my request keeps getting canceled.. I have a serious issue and I don't know how to get across to them.. The email I sent is yet to be replied.. I sent out a huge payment and it's saying my account is yet to be approved.. Will I lose my money??

    I was asked to submit a government issued ID as an additional information for my account to be approved.. The document I submitted is the one the government provided here in Nigeria.. It's a temporary ID card and it has my Identification number and my picture on it... I'm yet to be given a permanent one.. I've made a payment with my account and it's still pending.. Please can you help me resolve this.. I'll post the permanent card as soon as I get it.
