still waiting for funds

I withdrew funds over three weeks ago now and still, nothing has been received and it's really frustrating I mean I've contacted support and done the live chat and even contacted my local bank. I'm always being told to wait for 3 to 5 business days. How? I've been waiting since last month how can I keep waiting for 3 to 5 business days. A week's delay is something but this has just put me off completely I hope this situation does not occur every time I try to withdraw funds.
