COVID 19 lockdown makes it impossible to approve my account

The temporary slip is what the government here in Nigeria gave us...It takes years to get the permanent one... I can't also get any of the voter's card, passport, or driver's license now because of the COVID 19 lockdown.. Please can you help me lift the restrictions on my account... I have transactions pending.. I promise to get those documents ASAP when the lockdown is over

    @leosammie Hello,

    Unfortunately, our department does not accept the slip form of ID. They need a physical government issued photo ID. No exceptions can be made. We are sorry.
