Community Federal Bank Request

Due to some restrictions in my country. It would help me a lot if I was able to create a Community Federal Bank account that I could link to my Paypal account. I would withdraw my money from Paypal to Payoneer, then from Payoneer to my local bank account.

Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi there.
Did you already link a card to your PayPal account and the card was charged by PayPal?

Because of Paypal’s verification process, you must add a card with money on it before attempting to add our bank details, since our bank details are made only to receive payments. (Any debit/credit card should work, it doesn’t have to be a Payoneer card.). After that, you can go to your Paypal account and enter your Global Payment Service bank details

Thank you for your response. I will try adding a card first, then verifying (by charging which takes 5-7 days), then add my First Century Bank account to Paypal and it should work then. Did I understand that correctly?

Yes, correct. If it doesn't work, please contact our Customer Support to request new bank details.

I tried adding my "First Century Bank" account to Paypal, after linking and verifying a Card. I got a notification saying "Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank."
Could you provide me with new bank details?
