Do I need to perform some kind of sacred ritual to get response from Customer Support?

    @nj9x lol. just be patient. Due to Covid 19 they take longer to reply now, about 4 to 5 days in my case. It will be worse if you sent your message around the weekend, because they don't work then. So your message will have to spend the weekend before maybe getting in the queue of 4 to 5 days.

    Like I said, Just be Patient. Cheers

    Thanks for the answer Peter. I actually submitted a request a week ago on Monday. It's been 6 days already. I know these are tough times but a heads up would be nice. Cheers my friend!
