global payments option not available under the receive tab

i have contacted the support center for the delay of my verification and after a few hours they resolved the issue and sent an email saying that i was verified but when i hovered upon the receive tab the global payments option was not available i called again then was told they were reviewing if i was suitable for the usage and that they would send me an email for further clarification after a while when i got asked for further verification i fulfilled every info i was asked i submitted my national id im from ethiopia and the national id is in amharic, i was asked to submit another national id that was written in the english language and i dont have a drivers license nor a passport . i need to verify my usage for the account so that i could start working payoneer is the only method available in my country that allows to work internationally so i need help Customer ID 37726157

    Hi there. We can see our team sent you an email on the 06/09 requesting further information. We can only proceed with your request once you provide a valid ID and your complete residential address. Acceptable forms of ID include driver's license, passport, or national ID.

    i already sent it and it says that i submitted the national id but they need a different national id,
    when i saw a video on how to submit verification the right way they submitted both sides but when i tried to submit both sides there is only 1 drag and drop tab it only lets me submit one side or one photo, how to do i solve it inorder to submit a qualified verification?
