Payment Not Reached to My Bank

Hi There, I made a withdrawal on 16th June, but the payment has not been transferred to my local bank account until now. Normally it doesn't take more than 1 day. I have contacted my bank and they are asking for an MT103 form, please look into the issue and let me know.

    Hi there. We are sorry to hear that the payment is yet to reach the destination bank account. Please follow these instructions:
    1 - Log in to your Payoneer account
    2 - Click on the "Activity" tab to view our recent payments
    3 - Locate the relevant payment and click the "paper" icon
    4 - Click "Download Statement"
    5 - Review the Transfer Confirmation and verify that your bank details are correct
    6 - Print the Transfer Confirmation statement and bring it to your bank

    Your bank may be able to use the Transfer Confirmation to locate the delayed payment. If you find that your bank details are incorrect or the Transfer Confirmation does not resolve the issue at your bank, please let us know and we will be happy to assist further.
