Can block account be opened?

Hi i was not active on my payoneer account for some time. I tried logging in and it says that my account is blocked. I do not have any other information.

I wanted to open my payoneer account. I got the message that I already have a payoneer account. I don't know the username or mail of that account. Tried to contact live chat but my request always get canceled. What should I do so I can only use this new account? I tried contacting support center, explained them the situation. I got resolved status, but when I try to login on payoneer home page I always get account blocked message. Please help1

recently i create new account of payoneer . i have put real information but payoneer declined my account & block.

Then after few days I tried to login my account to check its status but it says 'account blocked, contact us' and that's it. Sent couple of tickets to support team to explain the issue and it was 2 weeks ago!! however, still received not a single response from them ..
Can anyone tell my why it is showing me this message?

It’s quite unfortunate bro...I’m also from Nigeria and my account was blocked. They said for violating a terms and condition. I have only used the account to receive payment for a company I work with as an independent contractor and nothing more. In fact I haven’t logged in to that account for months as there was no job available for a while in the company I work for, so you can imagine how shocked I was when I got their mail blocking my account. I would like to know if you were able to reopen the account and what steps you took if the issue was ever resolved. Thank you.0

This seems auto-killing of our business and money. Why do they auto block accounts like this!!
There should be a reasonable review and rational decision before committing such an action on someone's money!0 -
Tried to log into my payoneer account and got a message saying my account was blocked and to contact customer support. As there appears to be no way of doing this or no support ticket system in place I am using this community to try and get some answers to this issue.

Please note that we strictly comply with KYC, OFAC, AML, and the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and we are also certified at a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Data Security Standard.
Payoneer's core obligations are to protect its clients' funds and prevent money laundering.
If the account was blocked, please advise your friend to review emails that were sent after cancellation. There should be information on how to proceed in that specific case.

My Account got blocked and the help center is really frustrating.
Thay say that I have another account with the same e-mail address which I cant remember. And as far as I remember I didn't create one. :neutral:
How can I solve this and get an account

but I did not get any email from the Payoneer team even though I sent them mails for inquiry but got no response whatsoever...1
