Why was my account blocked?

Good day, Payoneer. I opened an account with you guys, and the account has been active for a month now but I tried to log in yesterday It was telling me that my account was blocked. What did I do wrong to deserve that? Please I need a response, and I have provided the whole necessary documents, what more do you people want. Please help me check the problem with my account. I have tried contacting your live support, no answer. I even went to social media they directed me back to live support. Please help me. My id is 37904904. Thank you.
