no emails after submitting national id card 8 days passed

hello, i am confused i have submitted my national id card scanned copies 8 days ago but no email or notification after all when I am trying to call help center it replies me ' we are unable to contact you through call center can somebody help me ? or explain what is going on with my account and how much time it takes to be verified I have to withdraw my earnings
