Account has not being approved due to Venezuelan Bank Account

Hi! I need some help here. I live in Venezuela, I registered my account about two weeks ago and I put a Venezuelan Bank Account, not knowing Payoneer is no longer working with Venezuelan Bank Accounts. I read here in a community post that that's way my account hadn't been reviewed. You guys haven't asked for any documents and it has been two weeks. Also I read that if I had an banck account from a bank outside Venezuela I had to send an statement to contact center. They answered me saying I had to add it, but since my account hasn't been reviewed due to my bank account being from Venezuela I can't remove it to add another account from other country. So I'm kind of in a loop you see?

Any help, tip or answer would be of great help. Thanks!

p.s.: The contact center only allows me to send messages and all the times you guys have answered with automated messages that can't help me.
