New Account E-mail redirecting to New Sign Up Page,

Hello,

I opened up a new account and provided All the details, and then i received this email (attached)

It asks for One more final step to LINK MY BANK ACCOUNT, Once I click on this link it takes me to a NEW SIGN UP Page, asking me to fill out everything Again, and then it will go for verification again, what is this why is this happening ? Its a Loop Please Help.
