Pending Transactions till 22nd June

I have pending transaction which made on 19th June on PeoplePerHour to Payoneer and just arrived 22nd June on Payoneer after 3 days its still in pending, have contacted many times through mail, but no response... while I did provide my docs for review and there is no any open verifications...
and also I have order my Card two time waited for 4 months still not arrived, on the same billing address my other card just arrived in just 4 business days...
