Account Blocked without an explanation

Hey everyone so about a month ago I suddenly realized my Global Payment Service tab wasn't available in my user dashboard. So I sent an email to the Payoneer team retarding the topic, they told me I'd have to further verify my documents and gave me a link to verify. So I again sent a picture of the passport even though I already verified once before.

But then they replied to me that the picture wasn't sufficient even though I had the picture of my passport from the first time I verified it. So I don't understand what might the problem have been.

And shortly after my account got blocked and I don't even know why after a month. If anyone could help me with this would really appreciate it.

P.s: My account was around 5 months old and I hadn't yet made any transactions but I was planning to.
