    Hi there, I want to delete my payoneer account because of some reasons.
    I wanted to ask you about somethings before doing so...
    1) Will i be able to make another account if i close this one ?
    2) I have sent my id card scans for us/eu payment services will i get the same chance to send them again?
    3) WIll my visa card be disabled after account deletion.
    4) How can i contact any local Payoneer Service center if it is available here?

    I have transferred more than $20,000 using Payoneer so far. But still it is not crediting the money on time!
    Recently, I have transfered $8825 on 22nd september 2015 from Topcoder, but the money has not been credited into my bank account still, and when I asked, there is no response from the support too! :/

    I requested to changes my method to global bank transfer I linked my bank account october 1, support doesn't know how long it will take and I was not informed that it would take several days its under pending approval as of now. I supposed to get my salary from streamate october 3 but I am not receiving anything I contacted streamate and told me that my salary was sent I contacted payoneer support live chat again and told me that they don't receive any payment from streamate yet and that I would be able to receive payment still which I started to doubt now because today october 10 I supposed to get another salary from streamate again but I still don't have. My two payments is nowhere to be found. Then I read payoneer messages to my email again and review all of it then i saw this one.

    "We’ve received your request to change the payment method within your Payoneer account to Global Bank Transfers.
    To activate this service, you must enter your bank details. To do so:
    Log in to your Payoneer account inbox
    Click on the new message, enter your bank details and select your preferred currency.
    Start receiving payments once your account is approved!
    Once completed, all payments sent to your Payoneer account will be automatically transferred to your selected bank account, in your chosen currency."

    Start receiving payments once my account is approve? Does it mean I will not be able to receive any payment because its still under approval? I am thinking maybe its the reason why my two payments salaries are nowhere to be found? I never had problem with my salary on streamate it never been late working for 3 years now. I am just renting house and have 23 rescued cats I am not expecting that I won't be able to have my salaries I can't pay my bills now and couldn't buy my rescued cats cat food. I have been in fish markets and asking fish vendors to give me their trash fish gills so i can feed my rescued cats and I am just eating bread so I can survive until I get my salary some of my cats are having diarrhea now its been like this for one week and will be two weeks because I can't get my salary and I don't know if I will be able to get it. Contacted live support 4 times already I still ended up waiting. Can pls someone help me to speed it up for me. Is there a chance that I will receive my salary? Its frustrating and its making me cry. my ticket number is 150930-000397

    It should be appear in your account but as it did not Yet, please contact with support team via Live Chat or Phone call.

    Hi
    i recently opened an account in payoneer(14-10-2015), location INDIA . The account has been activated. So can i directly obtain the payments from sites such as chaturbate?
    or i will have to wait for some sort of a card from payoneer..
    im asking because i wasnt able to link my payoneer account to chaturbate.com it gave this error- "Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account. Please submit a new application, using an alternate e-mail address."

    First of all, you have to check that Payoneer partner with  Chaturbate or not. If both not partner then provably you cant add as funding source.

    Another thing, if  chaturbate support Master card to withdraw then also you can use payoneer account, other wise not.

    To be clear on everything, best to way to contact with Payoneer support team.

    Hello bro did you get ur funds ? If yes then after how many days?
    same issue is here with me after every 2 or 3 smooth transactions i got my transaction delayed .. please let me know or tell me how to deal with this

    I sent a reply trying to get any kind of response from payoneer but nothing until now.
    Everytime I try to chat directly with support it looks as inactive.

    What happen with your response?

    I appreciate a response from you because I'm using your services long time ago and the support was great many years ago but now.

    What you mean by failed purchase? Payoneer don't charge until payment successful, even they keep every transaction in under review for 3-7 days.

    BTW you need to contact with payoneer support team via Live chat option or via Phone call.

    Hello.

    I am trying to resolve a dispute with a withdrawal from an ATM that did not dispense cash.

    I have already spoken with the bank here, and they said they already reversed the charges.

    However, I am trying to send a dispute form to Payoneer customer support, but they are unable to receive it, even after I sent it thrice already.

    Is there a specific file format needed for the dispute form?

    Mine is in pdf, and I am using a Macbook. I am quite puzzled as to why my attachment isn't being received.
