RS Stimulus sent to Payoneer account but the status is Canceled! Does anybody had similar issue?

This is the email I got from Payoneer:

IRS TREAS 310 recently attempted to pay you through Payoneer’s Global Payment Service. Unfortunately, we cannot process payments made by IRS TREAS 310 through the Global Payment Service.

This payment will be returned to IRS TREAS 310 in the next 7-10 business days, and you will not be charged a fee for it. For a full list of restrictions on using the Global Payment Service, please view our Terms & Conditions.

Anybody had similar issue and idea what to do next?

    Here in Barcelona, I'm having the same problem and customer service hasn't responded in three days! What was your solution?
