I think they fixed it in european countries first and do not care for the plight or suffering of people in poor countries like Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, East Asian e.t.c0

Someone on here mention that they are fixing by region, they are probably gonna fixing european or north american regions first.

Why are they taking so long to fix this, I really do not know or understand, what do you think? Pockit, and Curve fixed card issue in 1 day, same day FCA lifted restrictions.
This is beyond slow and ridiculous compared to other industry leaders.

I think you have solved the issue for most of Europe and USA and have left those in third world countries to suffer despite having money that they worked for. You are killing us.

I got this email on July 2nd (1st photo) but even today inside my account's Dashboard page (2nd photo) I still see the following which is contradictory to what is written in the email:
So am I allowed to use the card like before ? ...to receive payments from my clients and use the current Wirecard card to withdraw those funds at an ATM later ?

I understand your discontent about the fact that Payoneer may not be communicating much about the situation. But you should also know that they cannot give us information that they do not have, or that is not verified.
Curve, is no longer dependent on Wirecard in any way. So they have full power over their cards, and deal directly with Mastercard. And you may notice that some of others fintech don't provide the same services as Payoneer. They cannot fix the same things at the same time.
And if you follow the news outside of Payoneer (on twitter in particular), you will see that malfunctions with the cards are not only at Payoneer. Some of Pockit users also have this problem, which seems to be partly due to Wirecard and Mastercard. But I'm sure they are all working on it, as Payoneer too.
So, I know it's difficult to do, but please let's just be patient.

@elgerente I think you're one of the lucky who can now use their card as usual. For the dashboard, i think they'll remove that banner soon. So you just have to test if your card work as before.

"Payoneer has enabled all activity. Due to the sudden increase in demand, the banks and financial system has imposed some limits within specific countries."
It looks like everyone is panicking and withdrawing as much money as they can from their card, which only makes things worse.
Try to withdraw from different banks and at different times during the day (focus on early hours).

Are new payments being added to the virtual balance? If so, and if they provide no option to move funds from the balance to the card, then I should start complaining too! I have no use for funds in the virtual balance.
I think it's a good idea if they keep all incoming payments in the virtual balance so the funds remain under Payoneer's full control, but we need the option to move funds to the card when needed.
