Transferred funds from Payoneer to my local Bank accounts and didn't received them!!!

I am not a Master card User.

It's been 15 days now that I transferred $1500 and $1316 respectively to my local bank accounts, got the confirmation documents but didn't received the funds, contacted support on emails, chat and calls. I got told it'll be transferred within 2 days but then I was told to provide my local bank statements which I did but still didn't received anything and now I'm at the mercy of the global banking department for an update and they are just replied "Once we have a further update, we will get back to you."

Can someone PLEASE help me???

    Same here. My bank is telling me that there has not been any transaction made through any account to my bank. I made the transaction on 30th june too. What's your progress so far?

    Hey Faizan. I am somewhat in the similar problem. Normally, I used to withdraw to local bank's wallet account but there was a limit 40,000PKR (which I didn't know before withdrawing and I had asked them to up my transfer limit since). So, before I came to know that I was just treating like any other missing payment and I was in the process of getting my bank's transaction details. I was told by the bank about my transfer cancellation on the same day I was given the transaction details. Obviously, my transfer was cancelled a day after the transfer from Payoneer took place.

    I initiated the transfer from Payonner on 17th of June and It was cancelled by the bank on 18th of June, and the amount has yet to bounce back to my Payoneer account.

    I've talked to +1 646... number as well but somehow it's a long wait as of yet. (mine reference number is 200619-012524)

    I have messaged Payoneer banking department with the payment cancellation screen shot with the whole procedure but no replies. I think its independence day weekend in USA so 3-5 days of public holidays.

    Latest update is that I got my one of payment transferred but still I am waiting for the second payment and it's going to be 20 days now

    wow for real 20 days and u just receive one of them . im on the 9 day and still nothing so worried about this

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue. It's over 8 days I made a request for payment into my local bank account. No response from Customer Care.
    Do you think Payoneer is reliable?
