Fiverr withdrawal pending

Hello,

I made a withdrawal through Fiverr and it went well, until it was declined by the bank. Payoneer asked me to provide bank account info, which I did but the payment is pending for several days now. Support is not answering and I am also unable to access Live chat - it always throws me out after waiting for 2 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there. We can see that you provided the document requested on the 29th. Please wait for the bank department to review the information sent, it usually takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once is done.

    Hello, thanks for the answer, but it's been 2 weeks now and still nothing.

    Hi @mmaarrkko. The payment is stuck because you didn't provide the correct information yet. Please check the email sent by our support today and provide exactly what is being requested, so we can proceed with the payment.

    Thanks for the answer @LauraPayoneer , but I checked the e-mail and I have already submitted that information. I sent the bank account info again and that is all the information I can send regarding the bank account.

    I will no longer use Payoneer. Payoneer is a hell
    I don't get my money anymore. Payoneer took my money. They are doing me a lot of harm. I am in a lot of trouble but they did not pay my money. Today it has been almost 36 days but they have not sent my money to my bank account. I will report in their name why they did not pay my money. When I gave them whatever I wanted but they did not give me my money. Just saying comes under trial
