Pending Payment / Payment under Review Can anyone Help ?

Hi,

I received a payment by requesting a payment option of 1K and it is still under review and the money that I withdraw from the card after the freeze was resolved is also under the upcoming transaction and showing as Pending ... Not sure if this is just a routine review of a payment bor something else as I use to get a load time within 20=30 min after receiving a payment ... So just a little concerned because I am expecting more invoices to be paid by clients. Anyone Help?

Hi @Harmenr. We see that the previous payments sent via credit card were approved. Please note that the estimated loading time for Credit card payments is 2 calendar days from the time the payment is approved. The loading time may be longer if additional review is required.

ok thanks for the quick response appreciated... I was just a lil concerned as I have been using Payoneer and I never had any problems with any delays of payments until recently that the payment received went into the review ... For the payment received yesterday, I can say it can go under review as it was a new client but the one I received today forms a frequently paying client but that also went under review which I found odd... As before after receiving the payment I was getting an update of the fund's availability Date and time but now after the Wire card issue that is not the case anymore

Anyway, I did call customer service too as I want to understand if I should expect delays because it is the beginning of the month and as a startup owner when we are hardly making enough any unexpected delays in funds can be disastrous for us especially when bills are due for the new month.

If you can share your expertise on this matter I will appreciate that. Thanks
