Payoneer Card Usage Question

Roger_Marquez Member Posts: 7
After the WireCard fiasco, I know all incoming payments from merchants are going to be credited on the virtual balance but, what if I need to make an online purchase and I don´t have enough money credited on my card?

Will I have an option to select the source from where I want the money to be used in order to complete the online transaction?

Hi @Roger_Marquez. At the moment you can withdraw the funds on your card from an ATM or spend them online and in-store. From July 6th, you will once again be able to withdraw your funds to your local bank account and use the Make a Payment and Manage Currencies services.

Please note that you will also remain able to use the remaining funds of your card via ATM, online and in-store.

@LauraPayoneer Can you please take a moment to actually read my posts and offer a relevant answer to my question instead of just copy-pasting a premade and general answer?

@LauraPayoneer stop your cookie cutter copy pasting rubbish.

People here are suffering. I dont have a second bank account. I need emergency funds via an atm withdrawl but you dont allow this.

How am I gonna pay for food, am left in tears just typing and discussing this.

Please send this to your senior management to address this issue asap and at least give us choice to move money to card balance, kind of like a "credit limit" function
