I did not receive my funds from Freelancer.com

Hello Payoneer,
I have made an "Express Withdrawal" from my Freelancer.com account three days ago, and today it is marked as confirmed on Freelancer.com side. However my Payoneer account is not showing the funds in the USD receiving account at all.
I have used the Bank Details for the USD receiving account found under Receive > Global Payment Service > USD receiving account XX-7048.
I tried contact the customer support with no success as I keep getting automated replies. Please help me out, I want to order my new Payoneer card ASAP in order to become more confident in withdrawing more funds to it.
