I don't have global payment service on my account

I have registered my account number and filled in all kinds of information, but there is no global payment in the account service, it's been two weeks now and still no. Please solve the problem!

I have also sent my documents as per requirement and it's been a little over 2 weeks and I still don't have the global payment service option available.
I've also never received any emails saying that I have been approved.
Please see if you can help me.0
