Funds in expired card did *not* transfer to my current active card.

I activated my new prepaid card a few weeks ago and was told that the remaining balance in my expiring card would transfer over. It hasn't, and on top of that new payments seem to be going to the old card. I can't use the card to withdraw money or pay off bills as it's now expired.

I've had no luck with customer support. Any solutions?

    I also have same issue, there are some funds went into my expired card, how can I transfer them into new active payoneer card so I may spend. pls help me too

    I too have the same problem. Does the Payoneer authority not heed our requests?
