Balance blocked

Hello everyone. I registered with payoneer some years ago and submitted the required documents and haven't used my account for any transaction, yet I noticed 'balance blocked' on the dollar account. Please what can I do to resolve it as I would like to start using my payoneer account? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Do you already get in touch with support ? If not, i think you must, because they are the only one that can explain you why and fix this. Using chat system would be good
