Transferred funds from Payoneer to my local Bank accounts and didn't received them

Hi All,

I have requested for withdrawal to my local account on 26June 2020 and i got the transaction complete email. But today is 2nd July and i am still waiting for my funds. Payoneer is saying that there escalation department is handling it. but now they will just send me details and ask me to go to my bank.
I have already called my bank and they said that they cannot do anything with direct deposits.

I am from Canada.
Anyone facing similar issues?

    Hi @shubhneet. If the Transfer Confirmation didn't help your bank, please reply to the email sent by our bank department, so they can proceed with the assistance.
