Online Balance VS Payoneer Card Balance

Hi There

I've been trying to get this question answered for ages and been through customer support. It's really frustrating because I always get a canned response and no actual help. It's honestly making me want to switch to an alternative. (If anyone knows any good ones for South African's that would be great)

I receive funds via Global Payment Services. This happens regularly and is well over the required threshold to receive a card. I would like to ask the following questions:

1. When I go to the cards menu to try and order a card, it does not allow me to. I'm presuming it is not picking up that I qualify. Why is this?
2. Once I have a card, can I transfer funds from my receiving accounts/online balance to the card?

I really need some help with this. I've been trying to get an answer for weeks!
