I didn't Receive my Withdraw Payment to my Bank Account.

Hello, I didn't receive my Withdraw Payment to my Local Bank Account. I requested for the payment on 27 Jun 2020 (Saturday). Its been 8 days and I didn't receive the payment. In Payment history, it's marked as complete. Also, I reach out to the customers support team (Call and Live Chat) many time and they always say they send the issue to the concerned department and the issue will be solved in 2 days and I was waiting for 8 days that it will resolve. I got an email from the concerned department 4 days ago to submit the Bank Statement I did that then they didn't respond till today......... What is this behavior are you doing this with your old user...... Very disappointing and didn't recommend others to use...

    Hi there. We can see that our bank department is already in contact with you via email. You send the information requested on the 07/01. Usually, it takes 3-4 business days for their reply, so please wait for the update via email.
