freelancer and skrill no longer accept my Payoneer card.

Hi! I just tried to pay my freelancer on the freelancer website and it seems like there is something wrong with my card. I also tried to make deposit funds for skrill balance and it didn't work. My card worked fine with freelancer before.
I made a payment with my prepaid card in google ads and it worked.
is it possible that skrill and and freelancer are no longer accepting wirecards ?

Your card balance has probably been seperated from your bank balance. Relevant thread and hundreds of complaints here:

I already have about 100$ on my card.
