5 working days limit is passed and I have not received the amount.

My 2 to 5 business days limit has passed. I have shown the confirmation certificate to my bank too. They are claiming that there is no such transaction made from you. I have already made many transactions through this platform and always transfer my amount to the same account that is linked. However, my bank has requested me to kindly provide MT-103 Swift message/receipt from remitter for further investigation.
Please help me in this regard.

    I am encountering the same problem now and trying to reach out via sending a message from contact us but it keeps returning auto-reply messages that do not help at all. I tried emailing [email protected] but have not heard back. I tried locating the live chat but it says their chat working hours are Monday-Friday: 1:00am - 4:00pm EST but it never seems to appear when I tried. As a user, this really feels hopeless and a really really bad customer experience.

    Please please please do something. We are hard-working freelancers who live from paycheck to paycheck causing delay on this means there's no food on our family's table.
