Really frustrated with the really long delay in my payment.

My payment with payment id 200613939 has been stuck since 16th of June. I didn't receive the money even after withdrawal to my bank account. I got an account verification mail and i attached my PAN card to it but got no reply even after a week. Why are you holding the payment for so long? It's causing me real inconvenience and i would i to get a reply from Payoneer.
