Transfer was rejected by bank on 18th June. It hasn't returned back to Payoneer yet.

@LauraPayoneer , & other Payoneer official moderators. Please help.

My reference is already pending with Reference Number: 200619-012524. However, when the reference was initiated I didn't know what was the reason and the Payoneer banking department had asked me to send them a transaction list from my account.

When I sent the banking department screenshots of my account (from the web browser and app) they asked me to send them the statement from the bank. So, I asked my bank to give me a statement. Since my account is a Wallet account, the bank's branch had to call the regional office. That was on the 29th of June.

I came to know on the 2nd of July that the transfer was canceled by the bank on the 18th of June. The reason for rejection was the transfer limit (which I didn't know about before and I asked the bank to remove it since). The account number is absolutely correct.

I received the transaction list in PDF format from my bank on the 3rd of July and I mailed the same to the banking department of Payoneer with extra information about cancellation and screenshot of transfer rejection and how the Payoneer staff can check that as well. By entering my transaction ID in the PIN box you can see that the remittance tracker website shows that my transfer was canceled/rejected on 18th June.

So, it was supposed to take 7 to 14 business days after the bank rejection for the money to get back to my Payoneer account.
So, far it hasn't been returned back to my Payoneer account.

    UPDATE 8th July: Received mail from Global Banking Department.

    Basically, they are saying that it may take up to 30 days till the payment is returned back to Payoneer. So, that’s somewhat good.

    UPDATE: 07/14/2020
    I received an e-mail from Global banking department saying that they do not have any update on my transaction as of yet and they are finding trace.
    I don't know what is going on anymore, it's been closer to one month now. Any help please @LauraPayoneer

    The email also stated that they have been working with the "partner bank", does this mean my bank where payment was rejected (Muslim Commercial Bank???).

    ITS BACK. yayyy . # :)

    On 20th July, after 33 days, the money returned back to Payoneer account.
