How to get my clients to send me less than 50$ to my Payoneer account?

Hello everyone,
I know that the minimum amount to request a payment Is 50$, but what if my client wants to pay me 30$ or 20$ how can I receive that into my Payoneer account? since most of my clients aren't Payoneer users they always tell me to use Paypal!
Payoneer should lower the minimum amount to request a payment to 20$!
