2 Different USD Cards Showing on my Account

Hello ,
I have tried reaching via live chat about 3 times , no response
Tried mailing , still no response

My payoneer account is showing 2 different balances on 2 different cards . (I have activated my new card)
I can neither send the funds , neither i can withdraw it to my bank

Can anyone help me , what is wrong with my account ?
Is there any restrictions applied on my account ?
