Issues adding funding source to account

Hello there. I've been trying to add Fiverr as a funding source to my account. However I've been getting "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer Application. Please contact our support."

I attempted to contact support, and they ask for Payee ID for Fiverr, but I don't see it as a funding source in my account. I've never had issues adding funding sources in the past, usually they get reviewed, and added in 24-48 hours.

I've been dealing with this issue for over a month now, and asked Fiverr to remove the connection, so I can try connecting it to Payoneer again. I'm quite at loss, can someone please help me with this? Just need the application to be reviewed, and the funding source to be added to my account.

Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
