Urgent issue without a single response for weeks

Hello there,
I'm trying hard to link my account to Udacity but I can't! Every time I use the activation link (sent by Udacity) it says the session has expired. At Udacity side, it shows that my account is already linked, but no, nothing appears to me.
I've sent several tickets to support and they just give me useless autogenerated response emails. And I tried the mobile app, no autogenerated emails, but no human response yet too. Also, international free calls are not available to me. And, to make it even more complicated, your contact us page is not fully stable right now. All these listed conditions are really disrespectful. I expect you to answer me and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi there. The account is linked to Udacity already, but it was not approved yet. Please enter your Payoneer account and provide the front and backside from your national ID card.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I just got an email asking me to provide my national ID but it didn't require to provide the backside of it, and there was only image entry. Is that ok? If not, how can I update my submission?0
