Funds Have Not Beed Transfered To My New, Activated Card.

I received my new card over a week ago, activated it, but my funds are still on the old expired card. Your "Help Section" says that it takes 2 hours after activation for funds to transfer. I really need to use my card. How can I transfer the money to my new card?
