Account Blocked, Need Official Help

I mailed Payoneer but no replies yet. I have attached new document with the mail.

Problem: I'm new to Payoneer & Fiverr. I opened Payoneer Account On 5th May this year.
Then I upload ONLINE National ID card. I didn't know Payoneer Only supports Smart National ID card. (Back in May, I didn't have Smart NID card)
Then I connected my Fiverr account to Payoneer & withdraw money on 17th May.
Problem is, the transaction went under review & after almost one-month later, Payoneer blocked my account and returned money into my Fiverr account.

Because of Coronavirus issue, I couldn't get SMART NID as Bangladesh went lockdown. But from June, Govt offices started their activities and luckily, I have got Smart National ID card on June.
So now, I think I can reupload those information.

How can I do this?

    They stopped giving any support.
