I can't add bank, card expired. Want to contact support, but no one responding.

Hi, I've reopened my account after a long time, in order to use it for future regular transactions. Any idea why it is like that, i can't add bank, can't order new card, card expired. Should i close this account and create new one? and when will support respond.
