I can't add my bank account due to date of birth issue

Hi! I've faced a problem to adding my bank account. When adding a bank account, an error appears that one or more details have been entered incorrectly. Probably wrong date of birth. I open an inquiery to the customer service, and i sent a clear govt.NID picture, but the issue was not resolved almost 5 business days left til now i haven't find any solution from customer support. Can I check the date of birth in the account settings, or only using the support service? Tell me, please, how to solve my problem?

    I'm already tried to contact support team with gov. NI, but they couldn’t help m.

    If you need to check your birthday in payoneer account, you can check via only its support service. Otherwise try to remember the same or cross check the details field as on government id.

    That same thing with me. I have send my request to the customer service and they never responded to my request. I wanted to add my bank account to withdraw my money and they won't let me add without my birthday information which I don't know what I entered during the registration process. I thought it was editable field. Very frustrating, as I want to withdraw my money by my other bank account but now I can only see it but do nothing. And the customer service doesn't respond.
