Account Verification, Not able to recieve payment

I am facing a very weird issue. My client is not able to see my account under Payoneer. I have got a payment invitation from my client which is saying to first verify my account in the verification center to receive payment. But there are no open requests in my verification account. I have submitted all the verification details but still, it is asking me to verify. Please help me, I don't know what to do now. I have been trying to contact Payoneer through email, but they are not responding.
