Payment Stuck (Global Payment) - Payment invoice requested through Email, once submitted no response

I received $840 through the Global Payment Systems, this is the first time I'm getting this prompt for the invoice. I submitted the invoice and chat screenshot but I got an email saying that wasn't enough, so I replied with a proper invoice and screenshot and I haven't received any further information regarding the payment. I want the payment to come through to take care of dues. After using Payoneer for over 2 years, this is the first time I'm stuck like this for over a week. Hope this will get resolved quickly.
