14 days of waiting and the money is still not returned to my account

hello payoneer,
I had made a withdrawal since June 23. But I had made a mistake on the figures of my bank account. I contacted online chat and the agent had notified me that the money had been rejected since July 27 that it should return to my account before July 16. but to date, I have received nothing on my pay account.

Same problem with me. My transfer was rejected on 18th June. I was told 14 days then a month. It's very strange that even with transaction ID which is unique for every transaction in the world, the amount can get lost like this. The entire process should be completely automatic (which I used to though it is).
I've even talked to the payonner helpline +1 646... number. Still WAITING.....

I do not understand payoneer, this is the first time I use it, I thought the dispute was going to be settled but I can see it wasn't. I contacted their online chat twice. and the agent promised me that the money will return to my account since the bank rejected it since June 27 but until today still nothing. I've contacted them everywhere but they've been driving me crazy ever since the money was for an emergency that still hasn't been resolved. each time they tell me the same thing.

    Two things.
First). It's 14 "business" days, there are total 10 business days in two weeks time. So, there is that.
Secondly). 14 business days is normal time period, however many times it can take much longer than that. It took my money 33 days to return back to Payoneer account.

Don't worry it'll come back. I know it can be very frustrating but don't lose mind over it. Do whatever you are doing in a normal manner. Your money will be returned. My guess is by the end of this month or in the first week of August.
Whenever, you'll get your money back to your account please share it here. It'll help other users. Thanks.
