Prepaid Card hasn't arrived yet?!

I had an estimated date of 13 July for the shipping of the prepaid card. The card hasn't come yet.

And also they have removed the chat support, I made a request for help yesterday and all I got so far is an automated response. Nothing more.

Does anyone know how I can contact them properly, through chat or email?!

Or if the prepaid card needs to be reordered because of the issues they had?
