Hi,
I created this wallet to send money to the ppl I work with. But everytime I wanna make payment (that is to send money) it says I need to receive money...wtf?
Has this issue been resolved? Or should I get money in order to be able to send money?
Pls help me clear this and make me keep going or else I got stuck witht his Payoneer and it starts irritating me already.
