I'm really disappointed in payoneer support

I've been running through account issues for a long time now, but now it's really urgent.

I've tried to reach all types of support several times, but my account has not been approved yet.

I've submitted the required documentation 7 days ago to be verified, can someone, please, check it out to approve my account?
