My client is having problems while he/she pays me.

Hello Payoneer,
I sent a payment request to my client a week ago and when he/she tried to pay me, it showed an error "We are unable to accept payment at this time, please try again later".

I have contacted Customer Support as well but it has been almost 4 days and they haven't responded to it yet.

Please help me out. @Payoneer Support.
